This appears to have been filmed sometime in the 1990s. I think it is one of the most informative and least hysterical presentations I have seen on the immigration debate. It is nearly 10 minutes long, but that is because it attempts to explain and address a complicated situation.
If you look closely, you will see that their projections for when we hit a population of 300 million is pretty darn accurate.
